CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributions made through this website are voluntary political contributions to James Moore for Governor and are subject to applicable Pennsylvania campaign-finance law.

Political contributions are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

Contributors are responsible for providing accurate information requested by the campaign for campaign-finance compliance and reporting.

Contributions from sources prohibited by applicable Pennsylvania law will not knowingly be accepted. If the campaign determines that a contribution cannot lawfully be accepted, the campaign may reject or refund the contribution.

Campaign-finance information may be reported to government agencies and made publicly available when disclosure is required by law.

VOLUNTEER AND CONTACT FORMS

Information submitted through campaign forms may be used to respond to inquiries, coordinate volunteers, organize campaign activities, provide requested information, and communicate about the campaign.

Submitting a volunteer or contact form does not create an employment, contractual, or agency relationship with James Moore for Governor.

COMMUNICATIONS AND MESSAGING
