Who am I
I am a lifelong Pennsylvanian, a father, and a community leader who believes in hard work, accountability, and standing up for what is right.
For more than a decade, I have served families and young people in our community, working to create opportunities, build strong programs, and support the next generation. My life has been centered around responsibility, service, and bringing people together to solve problems.
As a father of three, my greatest motivation is ensuring that our children and future generations have real opportunities and a better future. I believe government should work for families, support local communities, and protect the values that make Pennsylvania strong.
Leadership and Experience
My leadership has been built through real responsibility, consistent service, and years of hands-on experience working with families and communities.
For more than 13 years, I have served as President of the Connellsville Basketball Association, where I have helped organize programs, coordinate volunteers, manage operations, and ensure that young people have the opportunity to participate in a positive and structured environment. Leading a community organization for over a decade requires accountability, fairness, and the ability to make decisions that affect families and volunteers every day.
In addition to my community leadership, I have served as a founder of business and community initiatives focused on youth development, recreation, and strengthening local communities. These efforts required planning, budgeting, coordination, and persistence.
I believe leadership is not about titles. It is about responsibility, reliability, and service to others. That is the kind of leadership I will bring to Pennsylvania.
For more than 13 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside families, volunteers, and community members to serve our youth and strengthen our community. That experience has shaped my belief that leadership is about responsibility, fairness, and showing up when people need you.
Party Leadership
James Moore currently serves as Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party of Pennsylvania, working alongside grassroots members and community leaders across the Commonwealth to strengthen civic participation, support candidates, and promote accountable government.
In this role, he helps guide party operations, support organizational growth, and ensure that the party remains focused on serving the people of Pennsylvania.
While his campaign aligns with the core principles of the party, James remains committed to practical, common-sense solutions that serve all Pennsylvanians, regardless of political affiliation.
My Background
I come from a working-class background and understand firsthand what it means to struggle, work hard, and fight to build something better.
I chose to enter the workforce and build my career through hands-on experience rather than a traditional college path. My education came from real responsibility, solving problems, managing programs, supporting families, and being accountable for results every day.

I am not a career politician. I am a citizen who stepped forward because I believe Pennsylvania deserves leadership grounded in real-world experience, accountability, and service to others.
Why I Am Running
I am running for Governor because I have seen firsthand how government decisions affect families, communities, and local organizations.
Through years of working with parents, volunteers, and community members, I have watched people struggle with rising costs, limited opportunities, and systems that often feel disconnected from everyday life. I believe Pennsylvania needs leadership that understands these challenges and is willing to take responsibility for fixing them.
I am not running to build a political career. I am running to restore accountability, strengthen our communities, and ensure that government works for the people it serves.
This campaign is about practical solutions, responsible leadership, and building a stronger future for Pennsylvania.
